Medium projects, approximately 60 minutes, includes contract reviews, negotiation, or more in-depth advising session (average contract around 3-12 pages).

Long projects, approximately 90 minutes of support, includes contract reviews, negotiations, or support. Project may require multiple rounds of support of up to 90 additional minutes (average contract around 13-20 pages).
Membership Pricing
All-inclusive legal guidance for your business through an affordable monthly subscription. Includes access to general counsel, providing ongoing business advice with scheduled check-ins.

Comprehensive Support: Average of 45 minutes of support each quarter for help with contract reviews and negotiations, custom contract drafting and general advice and counsel.
Fit: Covers small business clients who are looking to start somewhere with occasional light support throughout the year and are interested in testing the water with having a general counsel on call to give them risk advice and mitigation techniques. Minimum six-month commitment.

Fit: Covers business clients who are seeking more routine help with contract review and advising every quarter, who have a more steady flow of contract and business issues that require routine engagement. Minimum six-month commitment.
